Welcome to Emporers-Villages' Designs! Now i could type a whole page explaining what designs are, but ill just give it to yah plain and simple! Designs are request for site layouts, you request a site layout, and we make it for yah got it?!
We have two different styles of layouts at the moment and they are below:

Requirements
Site must be neorelated in some way
Site needs to have at least 5 pages of content with at least 2 graphics on each page
Your site needs to be an acctual site, as in not on neopets.
You must be patient and not bug me aout the layout, i have a life, and i have other things to do on the site
You must post "smile, frown, happy, sad, noswaD, bugs life" in the comments sectiopn as proof you read all of the requirements
You are only allowed to make request on sundays, saturdays, and mondays, so do not make request on any day other than those, we are busy ad dont want to be overflowed with work, we do this to help you please don't abuse this service
Fill out the entire form, and DONT post "smile, frown, happy, sad, noswaD, bugs life" in the comments section, post 'Emporers-Village's Fan' insted, to prove you REALLY read it
